نؤجّر أجهزة بلاي ستيشن ٥ مع التوصيل والاستلام داخل محافظة البصرة. الحجز يتمّ بالتواصل معنا عبر واتساب أو إنستغرام، ولا يُعدّ مثبَّتاً إلا بعد تأكيد موظف من فريقنا. الردود الآلية للاستفسار فقط ولا تثبّت حجزاً.

شروط الاستلام

• أن يكون عمر المستلم ١٨ سنة فما فوق.
• إبراز هوية أصلية (البطاقة الموحدة) تُصوَّر عند التسليم وتُعاد إليك فوراً؛ لا نأخذها ولا نطلب نسخة.
• التوقيع على وصل استلام يوضّح الجهاز والملحقات والمدة.

الأسعار والمدّة

الأسعار المعلنة عبر قنواتنا هي المعتمدة وقت الحجز، وقد تتغيّر مستقبلاً. تبدأ المدّة من وقت التسليم الفعلي وتنتهي بموعد الاستلام المتفق عليه، والتمديد يحتاج موافقتنا ويُحتسب بسعر اليوم الإضافي.

التوصيل

التوصيل يشمل مناطق البصرة عدا مناطق نستثنيها ونخبرك بها عند الحجز. مواعيد التوصيل تقريبية وقد تتأخّر لظروف الطرق.

مسؤولية المستأجر

• المحافظة على الجهاز وملحقاته وإعادتها بالحالة التي استلمتها بها.
• تحمّل قيمة أي تلف أو فقدان يحصل أثناء مدّة الإيجار.
• عدم حذف أو تعديل أي لعبة أو بيانات مخزّنة داخل الجهاز.
• عدم إعادة تأجير الجهاز أو تسليمه لطرف ثالث.

الإلغاء

تستطيع إلغاء الحجز بإبلاغنا قبل موعد التوصيل. الإلغاء بعد خروج السائق قد يترتّب عليه أجر التوصيل.

القانون

تخضع هذه الشروط للقانون العراقي.

The service

We rent PlayStation 5 consoles with delivery and pickup within Basra Governorate. Bookings are made by contacting us on WhatsApp or Instagram and are confirmed only once a member of our team confirms them. Automated replies are for enquiries only and do not confirm a booking.

Collection requirements

• The person receiving the device must be 18 or older.
• Present an original national ID card, which is photographed at handover and returned to you immediately; we neither keep it nor ask for a copy.
• Sign a handover receipt listing the device, accessories, and rental period.

Prices and duration

The prices published on our channels apply at the time of booking and may change in future. The rental period starts at actual handover and ends at the agreed pickup time; extensions require our agreement and are charged at the additional-day rate.

Delivery

Delivery covers Basra areas except those we exclude and tell you about when booking. Delivery times are approximate and may be delayed by road conditions.

Renter's responsibility

• Keep the device and accessories safe and return them in the condition received.
• Cover the cost of any damage or loss during the rental period.
• Do not delete or modify any game or data stored on the device.
• Do not sub-rent the device or hand it to a third party.

Cancellation

You may cancel by telling us before the delivery time. Cancelling after the driver has set out may incur the delivery fee.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Iraqi law.
