كيف تطلب حذف بياناتك

تستطيع طلب حذف كل ما لدينا عنك بإحدى طريقتين:

• راسلنا على واتساب 07838123085 وأرسل كلمة «حذف بياناتي».
• أو أرسل الرسالة نفسها إلى حسابنا على إنستغرام lmtna.play@.

أرسل الطلب من نفس الحساب أو الرقم الذي راسلتنا منه، حتى نتأكّد أنه أنت.

ماذا نحذف

• سجلّ محادثتك معنا على واتساب أو إنستغرام (النصوص والرسائل الصوتية).
• رقم هاتفك أو معرّف حسابك واسمك الظاهر.
• المواقع التي شاركتها معنا وعناوين التوصيل.
• سجلّات حجوزاتك السابقة.

خلال كم من الوقت

ننفّذ الطلب خلال ٣٠ يوماً على الأكثر، ونؤكّد لك التنفيذ برسالة.

ما قد نضطر للاحتفاظ به

إذا كان لديك حجز جارٍ أو مبلغ غير مسدَّد، نحتفظ بالحد الأدنى من البيانات اللازمة لإنهائه فقط، ونحذفها بعد انتهاء الحجز. وقد نحتفظ بسجلّات يفرض القانون العراقي الاحتفاظ بها.

ملاحظة: نسخة رسائلك المحفوظة داخل تطبيق إنستغرام أو واتساب على هاتفك أو على خوادم Meta ليست تحت سيطرتنا؛ لحذفها راجع إعدادات التطبيق نفسه.

How to request deletion

You can ask us to delete everything we hold about you in either of two ways:

• Message us on WhatsApp at +964 783 812 3085 with the words “delete my data” (or «حذف بياناتي»).
• Or send the same message to our Instagram account @lmtna.play.

Please send the request from the same account or number you messaged us from, so we can confirm it is you.

What we delete

• Your conversation history with us on WhatsApp or Instagram (text and voice notes).
• Your phone number or account identifier and display name.
• Locations you shared with us and delivery addresses.
• Your past booking records.

How long it takes

We complete the request within 30 days at the latest, and confirm it to you by message.

What we may have to keep

If you have an active booking or an unpaid balance, we keep only the minimum data needed to complete it, and delete it once the booking ends. We may also keep records that Iraqi law requires us to retain.

Note: copies of your messages stored inside the Instagram or WhatsApp app on your phone, or on Meta's servers, are not under our control; to remove those, use the settings of the app itself.
