من نحن

«لمتنا» خدمة لتأجير أجهزة بلاي ستيشن ٥ مع التوصيل داخل محافظة البصرة في العراق. نستقبل استفسارات الزبائن وحجوزاتهم عبر واتساب وإنستغرام، ونستعمل نظاماً آلياً للرد على الاستفسارات الأولية (الأسعار، الضمانات المطلوبة، مناطق التوصيل).

البيانات التي نجمعها

لا نجمع إلا ما ترسله أنت إلينا في المحادثة، وهو:

• محتوى رسائلك النصّية والصوتية المرسلة إلى حسابنا على إنستغرام أو رقمنا على واتساب.
• معرّفك في المنصّة: معرّف حسابك على إنستغرام، أو رقم هاتفك على واتساب، والاسم الظاهر لحسابك.
• بيانات الحجز التي ترسلها بنفسك: المنطقة أو الموقع الجغرافي الذي تشاركه، تاريخ الحجز ومدّته، والألعاب المطلوبة.

لا نجمع بياناتك من أي مصدر آخر، ولا نطّلع على قائمة أصدقائك أو منشوراتك أو أي محتوى خارج محادثتك معنا. ولا نطلب ولا نخزّن أي بيانات بطاقات دفع.

لماذا نستعملها

• الرد على استفساراتك وإعلامك بالأسعار والضمانات ومناطق التوصيل.
• تثبيت حجزك وتنسيق التوصيل والاستلام مع السائق.
• التواصل معك بخصوص حجز قائم (تذكير بموعد الاستلام مثلاً).

لا نستعمل بياناتك للإعلانات، ولا نبيعها ولا نؤجّرها لأي جهة.

مَن يطّلع على بياناتك

• فريق العمل لدينا: من يتابع المحادثات ويجهّز الحجوزات ويوصّل الجهاز.
• Meta (إنستغرام وواتساب): المنصّة التي تصلنا رسائلك عبرها، وفق سياسات Meta الخاصة.
• OpenAI: يُرسَل نصّ رسالتك (وتفريغ رسالتك الصوتية إن أرسلت صوتاً) إلى خدمة OpenAI لتوليد الرد الآلي وحده. لا نرسل إليها هويتك ولا رقم هاتفك.

لا نشارك بياناتك مع أي طرف آخر، إلا إذا فرض علينا القانون العراقي ذلك.

أين تُحفَظ ولكم من الوقت

تُحفَظ البيانات على خادم خاص بنا في أوروبا. نحتفظ بسجلّ المحادثات وبيانات الحجز طوال مدّة التعامل معك ولمدّة لا تتجاوز ١٢ شهراً بعد آخر حجز، لأغراض المتابعة وحل النزاعات، ثم تُحذف. تستطيع طلب الحذف قبل ذلك في أي وقت.

حقوقك

• أن تطلب نسخة من البيانات التي لدينا عنك.
• أن تطلب تصحيحها أو حذفها.
• أن تطلب إيقاف الرد الآلي والتحدّث مع موظف بشري فقط.

الأطفال

خدمتنا مخصّصة لمن أتمّ ١٨ سنة. لا نستقبل حجوزات ممن هم دون ذلك، وإذا تبيّن لنا أننا استلمنا بيانات من قاصر حذفناها.

تغييرات على هذه السياسة

قد نحدّث هذه الصفحة، ويظهر تاريخ آخر تحديث في أعلاها. استمرارك في مراسلتنا بعد التحديث يعني موافقتك على النسخة المحدَّثة.

Who we are

Lmtna is a PlayStation 5 rental service with delivery in Basra Governorate, Iraq. We receive customer enquiries and bookings through WhatsApp and Instagram, and we use an automated assistant to answer first-line questions (prices, required guarantees, delivery areas).

Data we collect

We only collect what you send us in the conversation:

• Your message content, text and voice notes sent to our Instagram account or WhatsApp number.
• Your platform identifier: your Instagram-scoped user ID or WhatsApp phone number, and your display name.
• Booking details you provide: the area or location you share, booking date and duration, and requested games.

We do not obtain your data from any other source, and we do not access your friends, followers, posts, or any content outside your conversation with us. We never request or store payment card data.

How we use it

• To answer your enquiries about prices, guarantees, and delivery coverage.
• To confirm your booking and arrange delivery and pickup.
• To contact you about an existing booking (for example a pickup reminder).

We do not use your data for advertising, and we never sell or rent it.

Who can access it

• Our staff, who handle conversations, prepare bookings, and deliver devices.
• Meta (Instagram and WhatsApp), the platforms your messages reach us through, under Meta's own policies.
• OpenAI: the text of your message (and the transcript of a voice note, if you send one) is sent to OpenAI solely to generate the automated reply. We do not send your identity or phone number.

We share your data with no one else, unless required by Iraqi law.

Storage and retention

Data is stored on our own server in Europe. We keep conversation records and booking data for the duration of our dealings with you and for no more than 12 months after your last booking, for follow-up and dispute resolution, after which it is deleted. You may request deletion earlier at any time.

Your rights

• Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Request its correction or deletion.
• Ask us to disable the automated replies and speak only with a human.

Children

Our service is for people aged 18 or over. We do not accept bookings from anyone younger, and if we learn we have received a minor's data we delete it.

Changes

We may update this page; the last-updated date appears at the top. Continuing to message us after an update means you accept the updated version.
